WHY I’M LIMITING MY FISH CONSUMPTION

Unfortunately an enormous amount of mercury is generated via coal production. As it is put into the atmosphere it has no other place to go but down when it rains, polluting seas and oceans. Because of the levels of mercury in fish I’ve come to limit my intake primarily to anchovies and sardines with the occasional wild Atlantic salmon every now and then.
